After Shiwar was eligible to apply for his housing loan in October 2009, we started looking for any suitable house whose price would befit his eligibility. Zam and I were more interested at the housing schemes which are located between Alor Setar and the airport. Logistically we thought it would be appropriate as Shiwar’s office in Alor Setar while Marini’s is the airport. As there was no suitable house within that vicinity that could match the eligibility of Shiwar, then we started our search to Taman Tunku Sarina and the housing schemes at Jitra town.
Shiwar was more interested with the Tunku Sarina housing scheme as he could enjoy the discount factor for a PKNK staff. Whereas Zam, Marini and I were more interested in the Taman Gemilang which is situated next to the highway across the river near the Kubang Pasu Police District Headquarters.
To our surprise on Thursday 29.10.2009, Shiwar told us that he was interested at a double storey link house at Taman Surya IV developed by MS Seven Sdn. Bhd. The localty is at Pantai Johor behind the State Archive Department. When he showed me the brochure of the house, I was very impressed with the layout plan of the house which optimizes space. The locality of the house is also in tandem with our initial wish.
As there was only one house available, Shiwar urged me to facilitate the booking of the house. As Shiwar was away in Kelantan, we accompanied Marini to book the house. Then on Wednesday 4.11.2009 Shiwar concluded his intended purchase of his house by singing the SOP agreement at the lawyers office. Like looking at our growing up child, Shiwar and Marini is also having the habit of frequenting the visit to their house.
