SIBLINGS 55: LIE IN COMFORT

Exit Pain which was imported by her eldest brother to ease Mek Tet's pain while lying in comfort on the couch

The couch that is supposed to relief the pain of Mek Tet while watching TV and talking marathonly to Nayah on the handphone

Saturday 14th. November 2009 was a very significant day for Mek Tet for her only one Wan has acquired a special cleopatra couch for Mek Tet. From that day onwards, Mek Tet could spend her free time (free time means free from pain) by lying in comfort while watching TV. To add to her comfort on the couch, Syun has bought a herbal supplement in Perth which could suppress her pain if she could finish her prescribed medicine diligently. As from that day, Mek Tet has officially joined the exclusive club of Mak Ngah and Mak Teh whose beds take centre stage in their living room.

PREFACE

When Zam told me that Nana wanted a copy of my writings, I started looking for my writings as I did not keep my literary works properly. When my desk top computer was reprogrammed last year, I lost most of my writings that was saved in that computer. Luckily for me, Zam has kept the hard copies of my writings to her brother, sisters and cousins.
Based on these hard copies provided by Zam, I have managed to compile this sparkles from the heart or cetusan hati series. The title sparkles from the heart reflects the sudden outbursts of my feelings and the urge to write something for the remembrance to my children and grand children when they are mature enough to read and understand my writings.
I am also grateful to all my children and grand children who has given me the courage and inspirations that has influenced me in writing mySparkles of the Heart.
